Langdon Place of Dover is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our clinical team. Per diem shifts allow flexible scheduling, with compensation competitive based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current New Hampshire LNA certification in good standing is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care and hygiene.
• Transfer, reposition, and transport residents safely using proper techniques and equipment.
• Assist with meals, feeding, supplements, and intake documentation.
• Observe residents and promptly communicate changes in condition to nursing staff.
• Monitor and report skin concerns and other health-related observations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and resident records.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Follow all infection control, safety, and facility policies.
• Participate in emergency preparedness activities and facility drills.
