Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC in Dover, NH is hiring a MNA or LPN for The Residence at Silver Square to join a caring team on the 11p-7a shift. Compensation is wage-based by experience: MNA $26.00–$28.50 per hour; LPN $38.00–$41.00 per hour.

Full-time benefits start Day One, including health, vision, dental, 401k and paid time off. The role provides opportunities to support seniors, administer medications, assist with ADLs, and participate in ongoing staff training.

Qualifications

• Ability to use computer for documenting services provided.
• Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Demonstrates computer literacy and ability to learn data input.

Responsibilities

• Dispense unit dose medications and enter records; notify nurse for self-administered meds.
• Order and receive medications per state regulations and policies.
• Assist residents with ADLs (toileting, dressing, bathing, eating, walking).
• Monitor changes in resident needs and report to RN.
• Assist residents with clothing and laundry as per service plan.
• Supervise or assist residents with activities.
• Assist residents at night when needed.
• Input information into the community computer tracking system.
• Conduct programming for cognitive, social, physical activities.
