Magnolia Care Centers’ Lafayette Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide high-quality care to residents. You will assist with daily living activities, support the nursing team, and help ensure a safe and comfortable environment in accordance with care plans, facility policies, and state regulations.

Full-time and part-time positions are available. A generous sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current LNA certification in New Hampshire.
• Prior healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Compassionate, patient-focused and empathetic demeanor.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team and take direction.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care practices.

Aufgaben

• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming and feeding according to care plans.
• Support nursing team and document care in medical records.
• Assist residents with lifting, moving, positioning and transporting.
• Coordinate dining room services and assist with meal timing and documentation.
• Deliver and document nutritional supplements.
• Weigh residents and document skin condition per policy.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to nurse or supervisor.
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation of resident care and activities.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
