Job summary

Wolfeboro Bay Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nurse Assistant (LNA) to provide high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility. Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, monitoring residents, and collaborating with the nursing team to ensure safety and well-being.

Qualifications

• Current LNA license in the State of New Hampshire.
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide comfort, safety, and emotional support to residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with vital signs and basic clinical tasks as assigned.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment.
• Follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members.
