Cedar Healthcare, part of 603 Healthcare, is hiring for Licensed Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in a 14-center NH network. This on-site role covers evenings to early mornings and includes on-call rotation, with competitive pay and shift differentials.

You’ll work with our care team to support daily living activities, monitor resident health, and document changes to ensure high-quality care for every resident.

Qualificações

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, professionalism, and a resident-centered approach.
• At least one year of LNA experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate.
• Assist with toileting programs and related care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs and changes to nursing staff promptly.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.

Available Shift(s):

Monday thru Friday, 11PM - 7AM; participate in on-call shift coverage every 5-7 weeks

Compensation:

$21 - 28, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options

Sign On Bonus:

Full-time $4,000 | Part-time $2,000

About the Role

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you’ll be an important part of our residents’ daily lives. You’ll provide hands‑on care, assist with activities of daily living, communicate changes in resident condition, and help ensure every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

You’ll work alongside nurses and other members of the care team to provide dependable, resident‑centered care.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Current LNA certification in good standing.
