Job summary

Langdon Place of Exeter, part of 603 Healthcare, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide hands-on daily care and support residents with activities of daily living. You will work with the care team to ensure dignity and comfort for each resident in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

The role requires current LNA certification, CPR/BLS, strong communication, and a minimum of one year in long-term care. Competitive shift options and a $500 sign-on bonus are available.

Qualifications

• Current LNA certification in good standing.

• At least one year of LNA experience in long‑term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Safely lift, move, position, and transport residents.
• Support residents during meals and provide feeding assistance as appropriate.
• Assist with toileting programs and related care.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, skin integrity, weight, and other care needs.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets and required documentation.
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Communicate resident needs and changes promptly to nursing staff.
• Follow infection-control, safety, and emergency procedures.
• Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life.

Available Shift(s):

Full-time and part-time shifts available:

Weekday, 7AM - 3PM, with optional every other weekend

Weekday, 3PM - 11PM, with optional every other weekend

Weekday, 11PM - 7AM, with optional every other weekend

Compensation: $20 - $25, based on experience + applicable shift differentials and full-time modified compensation options

Sign On Bonus: $500.00

About the Role

As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you'll be an important part of our residents' daily lives. You'll provide hands‑on care, assist with activities of daily living, communicate changes in resident condition, and help ensure every resident is treated with dignity, compassion, and respect.

You'll work alongside nurses and other members of the care team to provide dependable, resident-centered care.

What You'll Do

• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
