Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate out- and inpatient mental health and substance abuse services for a homeless shelter.
• Manage a caseload of high-risk families with children.
• Facilitate mental health and substance abuse workshops and onsite support groups for clients.
• Assess psychosocial functioning and needs to formulate and implement a treatment plan.
• Provide crisis intervention and after-hours/weekend follow-up as needed.
• Maintain and sign off on all required documentation in a timely manner.
