Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years in training coordination, LMS, or data management.
• Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Office (Excel advanced).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with reporting, analytics, and process improvement.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Coordinate training sessions, logistics, and communications.
• Track training records, certifications, and attendance.
• Generate reports on training metrics and compliance status.
• Support employees with LMS access and training inquiries.
• Improve administrative processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Monitor compliance with required training completion timelines.
• Coordinate project activities aligned with company standards.
