Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers seeks a Training & LMS Specialist to deliver tier 1 support and instruction for store teams. You will administer the Learning Management System, track transcripts, and generate reports while coordinating virtual and in-person training events.

You will work closely with Help Desk and content teams to diagnose issues, QA new courses, and ensure smooth operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and strong customer service skills.
• 1–3 years LMS support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Cornerstone LMS and office productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier 1 LMS and course support to store staff and managers.
• Administer learning modules, transcripts, and reporting in the LMS hub.
• Coordinate training events, both in-person and virtual, and QA new courses.
• Collaborate with Help Desk and content teams to resolve issues.
