Job summary

Andrews International seeks a Learning Systems Administrator to provide technical support for university-wide instructional technology systems, including the Moodle-powered LMS (LearningHub). The role reports to the Director of Online Operations and is salaried full-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree required
• Knowledge of education field strongly preferred
• Experience in higher education instructional technology technical support preferred

Responsibilities

• Support, troubleshoot, and maintain the university LMS (LMS: Moodle) and related instructional tech systems
• Lead efforts to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve LMS-related issues and prevent problems
• Maintain effective relationships with the LMS hosting provider and ensure data integrity across interfaces
• Test, maintain, and deploy Moodle plug-ins and integrations to meet instructional needs
• Provide ongoing client communication with updates on deliverables, milestones, issues and timelines
• Collaborate with ITS to enable API connections and integrations between LMS, assessment tools, media servers, and Banner
