Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Training Systems Administrator to lead the growth and optimization of our training systems platform, focusing on customer-facing product training for operations and maintenance programs.

The role drives scalable, data-driven learning solutions worldwide, collaborating with Training, Business Systems, IT and other units to deliver top-tier training experiences for internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience administering enterprise-level LMS platforms, with significant hands-on experience in Moodle-based platforms, including DoD/DoW-adjacent environments.
• Experience integrating LRS and LMS platforms with other enterprise systems (e.g., Workday, Okta, content management systems).
• Proven ability to create and manage Groups, Audiences, catalogs, learning assignments and ILT structures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and configure Moodle-based external-facing training system and Cornerstone Learn for internal obligations, including Groups, Audiences, catalogs, and learning assignments.
• Build and maintain ILT infrastructure with Sessions and Events for internal and external learners.
• Upload, test, troubleshoot, and manage xAPI, cmi5, SCORM, MP4, PDF, and other file types for seamless learning experiences.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop user segmentation and learning assignment frameworks for compliance and onboarding.
• Coordinate with IT to integrate LMS with identity management systems (Salesforce, Okta, content repositories).
• Monitor learning activity, generate reports, and analyze usage data to improve training effectiveness.
• Support LMS usage across teams while preserving platform integrity and metadata consistency.
• Document processes, create user guides, and train others in LMS best practices.
• Stay current on learning tech trends including xAPI and VR/AR applications.
