Job summary

Google is seeking a Learning Technology and Platform Lead (LMS Admin) to manage the LMS Intellum and related platforms for Google Data Centers. You will supervise integration work, data interfaces, and stakeholder partnerships across offices and time zones.

As a Program Manager, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from planning to delivery, coordinating requirements, schedules, risks, and communications with cross-functional partners globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with LMS software Intellum and Evolve.
• Experience developing LMS with user domains, permissions and roles.

Responsibilities

• Configure LMS domain-level structures and ensure security and usability for content developers, instructional designers and learners.
• Ensure the LMS meets evolving needs of stakeholders and technicians.
• Lead tooling evaluation and pilot emerging technologies for automation, personalization, or analytics.
• Lead implementation and configuration of generative AI and agentic features within the LMS ecosystem.
• Maintain procedures and adhere to policies to ensure security and integrity of systems/networks.
