• 2 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) software and setting up user domains, permissions, and roles.

Responsibilities

• Configure LMS domain-level structures; maintain standards and ensure tools are usable by content developers, instructional designers and learners.
• Ensure LMS meets evolving business needs of stakeholders and technicians.
• Lead tooling evaluation and pilot emerging technologies to improve automation, personalization, or analytics.
• Lead implementation and configuration of AI features within the LMS ecosystem.
• Maintain procedures and adhere to security policies for systems/networks.
