ARCO a Family of Construction Companies is seeking a Learning Technology Specialist to own LMS administration, reporting, and the content pipeline. This role emphasizes AI-enabled content development and analytics to accelerate training delivery.

You will configure LMS, build dashboards, and pilot new learning tools while supporting instructional design work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in instructional design, educational technology, adult learning, organizational development, or related field — or equivalent experience in learning technology
• 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development or learning technology
• Hands-on experience administering an LMS
• Experience using AI tools for content or video creation strongly preferred
• Ability to be flexible, adaptable, and solutions-oriented in the face of problems
• Proactive team member with strong attention to detail and urgency to drive results
• Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Own the tools, systems, and content pipeline powering learning, with focus on LMS, analytics, and AI-driven content development
• Administer, configure, and maintain the LMS including roles, assignments, integrations, and troubleshooting
• Own LMS reporting and dashboards to measure completions, engagement, and impact
• Evaluate and pilot new learning technologies and AI tools
• Support instructional design work and coordinate content development and delivery
