Responsibilities include configuring the LMS, managing user accounts, uploading course materials, troubleshooting issues, and generating analytics to drive decisions. This role collaborates with educators, IT staff, and content developers to deliver engaging e-learning experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven LMS platform administration experience (Moodle/Blackboard/Canvas).
• Strong understanding of e-learning principles and instructional design fundamentals.
• Experience with user management, content administration, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the LMS platform for performance and availability.
• Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Upload and organize course materials, resources, and assessments.
• Troubleshoot technical issues reported by users.
• Work with instructional designers to implement courses and features.
• Generate reports on engagement, completion, and usage.
• Provide training and support to staff and learners.
