Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Field Service Technician to support commercial and public safety LMR radio systems. Work is performed outdoors and indoors at offices, customer locations and tower sites, with lifting up to 75 lbs.

You will handle programming, setup and installation of mobiles in vehicles and for fixed-site equipment at customer and company tower sites. Knowledge of Kenwood Nexedge trunked radio systems and Kenwood mobiles/portables is a plus, as is Cambium Microwave experience.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial and public safety LMR radio systems.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Programming, setup and installation of mobiles in vehicles and fixed-site equipment at customer and company tower sites.

Must be capable of lifting equipment up to 75lbs. Applicant will be responsible for programming, setup and installation of mobiles in vehicles and for fixed site equipment at customer and company owned tower sites.

Knowledge of Kenwood Nexedge Trunked Radio Systems and significant plus.

Knowledge of Kenwood/EFJ mobiles/portables and programming a plus.

Knowledge of Cambium Microwave equipment a plus

Most work within 70 miles

Occasional work beyond 70 miles with overnight lodging.

Must possess valid drivers license.
