Job summary

Anovia is seeking a Systems Specialist to support and test the Radio Online (ROL) application. You will perform user support, testing, and Agile collaboration in a cloud environment, using JavaScript to develop system rules and models.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, Jira defect management, and continuous learning through workshops and CI/CD practices within a small Agile team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering or technical discipline and 3+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience OR 5+ years of engineering, IT or technical experience.
• Great verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical steps simply and help users with patience and empathy.

• Testing & QA: Conduct comprehensive integration and system testing in cloud environments.

About the role:

We are looking for a Systems Specialist to support and test our Radio Online (ROL) application. The role involves application support, integration and system testing, JavaScript scripting, and working in an Agile team. You will troubleshoot user issues, manage defects in Jira, maintain ROL system rules, and work with the team to improve the application.
