Job summary

Cross Hope by Restaura is seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Nashville, AR to join our team for a part-time or full-time role. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling services to patients in one or more nursing home facilities
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, including assessments and treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
• Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of patient progress
• Document patient treatment plans and progress in accordance with company policies and procedures
