Job summary

Friendship Community Care in Rogers, AR seeks a Licensed Mental Health Professional for a part-time day shift. You will work under the Behavioral Health Director and focus on assessments, counseling, group work and family treatment.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes, initial assessments, diagnostic assessments, and biopsychosocial assessments.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate.
• Develop treatment plan goals with clients, families, and treatment team members.
• Provide supervision of QBHPs and observe QBHP performance.
• Provide crisis intervention and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation in the EHR and ensure timely submissions.
