Job summary

Arcare in Arkansas seeks a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a full-time, salary position with 30-40% travel. You will conduct mental health assessments and provide individual therapy to support recovery, while also facilitating group sessions for peer support.

The ideal candidate holds an LPC or LCSW, a Master’s degree, and telehealth experience, with comfort handling MAT and adolescent mental health.

Qualifications

• Masters's degree required.
• Current licensure as an LPC or LCSW in the relevant state.
• Experience with telehealth and substance abuse treatment preferred.
• Experience with children and adolescent mental health services is a plus.
• Comfortable working with substance use patients and individuals on Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT).

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health assessments to determine appropriate care placement and factors affecting recovery.
• Provide individual therapy to help clients recognize and manage mental health challenges.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions to address recovery-related concerns with peers.
• Support both individuals and groups through the recovery process with patient-centered care.
