Spectrum Medical Partners in Saint Petersburg, FL, seeks a licensed LMHC or Psychologist to provide behavioral health services across multiple post-acute care facilities. You will conduct rounds, assess and treat patients, collaborate with facility staff, and deliver diagnoses, consultations, education, and follow-up care.

Applicants must hold an active Florida license or be a Registered Intern in Florida. Schedule: Monday–Friday; Employment Type: W2; Hours: Flexible.

Formación

• Active Florida license in good standing.
• Must be LMHC or LSW in Florida.
• Current National Board Certification.

Responsabilidades

• Examine patients and document medical history.
• Adhere to established charting protocols.
• Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Submit healthcare plans and patient goals for periodic physician review.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, hygiene, and diet.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Report deaths and contagious diseases in accordance with government regulations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
