JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a licensedLMHC or Psychologistto provide behavioral health services across multiple post-acute care facilities. Responsibilities include conducting daily rounds, assessing and treating patients, collaborating with facility staff, and delivering accurate diagnoses, consultations, education, and follow-up care. This role involves working closely with the Psych division team within the facilities.

Applicants must hold an active Florida license or be a Registered Intern in Florida.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

• Examine patients and document medical history
• Collaborate with Physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
