Job summary

Senior Care Therapy, LLC, invites Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists to join our team serving geriatric populations in Silver Spring, Maryland. We provide in-person psychotherapy within skilled nursing, sub-acute, and long-term care facilities, with administrative support including billing and credentialing.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state applying for.
• Effective oral and written communication in English.
• Basic proficiency with technology, including electronic health records (EHR).
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to regulatory compliance.
• Ability to provide in-person services at assigned facilities, up to 45 minutes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for patients in a subacute or skilled nursing facility.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emotional and behavioral health conditions.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
• Collaborate with facility staff, interdisciplinary teams, and family members.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards using our EHR.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
