Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in MFT, Social Work or Psychology from an accredited program.
• 1 year of behavioral health experience.
• Licensed LMFT by CA Board of Behavioral Sciences and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical interventions in PHP and structured outpatient programs.
• Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team and provide case management.
• Lead and participate in treatment team meetings and inservices.
• Develop treatment plans and document assessments, recommendations and interventions.
• Support patient/family education and advocacy and uphold patient rights.
