Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or Psychology from an accredited graduate program.
• 1 Year Acute/psychiatric hospital experience
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - REQUIRED
• CA AMFT OR MFT Intern - REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Assists patients and families with psychosocial assessments and interventions.
• Coordinates patient care with the interdisciplinary treatment team under clinical supervision.
• Provides case management within the treatment plan, including discharge planning and community referrals.
• Delivers individual, group, and family therapy as part of the care plan.
• Ensures documentation aligns with facility and regulatory requirements.
