Job summary

LynLake Centers for WellBeing in the Twin Cities seeks an LPCC Clinical Supervisor. This hybrid role combines supervision of pre-licensed providers with direct outpatient therapy, serving diverse populations across Minneapolis and St. Paul.

You will supervise, mentor, and oversee treatment planning while delivering individual, couples, and family therapy. Requires MN LPCC licensure, 4+ years of clinical experience, and Board approval to supervise; a collaborative, trauma-informed approach is

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• MN LPCC licensure required and board approval to supervise.
• Minimum 4 years clinical therapy experience, including supervisory work.
• Experience with group practice and ethical standards.
• Ability to support pre-licensed providers with development.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to pre-licensed providers to ensure effective therapy services.
• Mentor, train, and support staff in their professional growth and ethics.
• Guide treatment plans and intervention strategies for clients.
• Monitor therapy quality and provide ongoing feedback for competency.
• Maintain a caseload of clients while supervising, with 6+/12+ weekly as applicable.
