Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• 18 years or older.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; not required.
• Valid driver’s license with insurability.
• 1 year of related work experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and provide resolution.
• Able to operate machinery and work with varied temperatures and dust.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks including lifting over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Power wash and disinfect the livestock trailer including gates, ramps, ceilings and floor.
• Inspect trailer cleanliness and report defects to manager.
• Maintain wash records and report discrepancies.
• Perform routine facility tasks and light maintenance as needed.
• Ensure PPE usage and safety compliance.
• Follow biosecurity and herd health policies.
• Communicate biosecurity concerns to management.
