Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 18 years or older.
• CDL Class A preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability to operate company vehicles.
• CDL Class A with air brake endorsement preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and resolution skills with knowledge of production machines and equipment.
• Effective communication and ability to provide resolution and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Operate a straight truck and feed trailer; maneuver safely per 상황.
• Perform maintenance and daily inspections on the feed truck.
• Maintain feed delivery records and unload into numbered bin(s).
• Keep control room and mixing areas clean and orderly; maintain surrounding area.
• Perform preventive maintenance including power washing and disinfecting.
• Assist local farmers with grain intake and weigh trucks according to standard process.
• Follow biosecurity standards and herd health policies; comply with downtime requirements.
• Perform other maintenance duties as determined by management.
