Qualifications

• Able to walk and stand for long periods with tolerance to physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to operate or learn mill equipment in a safe, compliant manner.
• Willingness to work weekends during winter months as needed.
• Comfort with varying weather and environmental conditions at a production site.
• Attention to detail to maintain ingredient quality and safety standards.
• Teamwork mindset and adherence to safety protocols and FSMA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Keep the mill and surrounding grounds clean and organized.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks on schedule.
• Assist in repairs and maintenance projects with staff and contractors.
• Help maximize mill and crew efficiency.
• Maintain inventory of macro and micro ingredients.
• Ensure ingredients meet quality standards and LNC specifications.
• Safely operate equipment per training and OSHA standards.
• Follow company safety practices and FSMA-related guidelines.
• Support other operational tasks as directed by local management.
