Responsibilities include balancing hog deliveries, auditing tickets, and verifying payments to producers and carriers, with occasional cross-training within accounting and Saturday shifts as required. Qualifications

• Fluent English communication (written and verbal).
• Excellent computer skills, including Excel.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous accounting/office experience preferred.
• Attention to details and accuracy.
• Good attendance record (Less than 3 points for internal candidates).

Responsibilities

• Daily and Weekly Balance of Hogs delivered
• Auditing livestock tickets
• Verifying daily and weekly payments to producers and carriers
• Communication with livestock producers and carriers
• Perform facility misc. livestock accounting functions
• Crosstrain on roles within the accounting department
• Meet departmental deadlines as required
• Complete special projects as needed or requested
• Full-time, Saturday work as required
• Perform various other tasks as needed to ensure efficiency in the accounting department
