• Five (5) years clinical experience in transplant specifically
• Current State of Texas nursing license

• Ability to promote teamwork and lead work groups

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-liver transplant evaluations, education, and listing processes
• Serve as primary contact for patients, families, and clinical teams
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient tracking
• Drive proactive care management to support team workflow and patient progress
