XYPN is seeking an Events Specialist to support planning, coordination, and execution of member experiences across XYPN LIVE, Retreats, Meet-Ups, and other engagement initiatives. You will manage logistics, coordinate platforms, and lead the swag program, ensuring high-quality experiences that strengthen member connections within the XYPN Network.

Based in Bozeman, MT, this full-time role requires 1–3+ years of experience, strong project management, CRM skills, and a collaborative, fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of event planning experience.
• Strong project management, organizational, and detail orientation.
• Excellent time management across multiple priorities.
• Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Skilled in data reporting and CRM management.
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute XYPN's virtual and in-person events.
• Coordinate XYPN Meet-Up program.
• Handle logistics for conferences, booths, and supplies.
• Manage event platform setup and attendee experience.
• Maintain attendee and exhibitor registrations and materials.
• Support marketing operations for webinars.
• Lead the swag program: research, design, budgeting.
• Manage the member calendar and communications.
• Handle event inbox and timely responses.
• Draft guides and templates for speakers and teams.
• Assist with day-to-day event planning tasks.
