Job summary

Opry Entertainment is seeking a Server Assistant to support the front-of-house team in a legendary live music venue. You will bus and reset tables quickly, maintain dining areas, and assist with opening and closing duties in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate is efficient, reliable, and eager to grow in a dynamic entertainment venue. Prior restaurant operations experience is preferred, with strong teamwork and flexible hours a plus.

Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated team player and self-starter.
• Able to work during peak times, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Continually bus tables throughout the shift and reset tables within three minutes of guest departure.
• Communicate with service staff to meet guest needs and resolve issues professionally.
• Handle trash and recyclables in proper receptacles and keep bins clean and odor-free.
• Keep floors free of hazards and clean spills immediately using floor signs when needed.
• Report any damage to facilities to management.
• Maintain clean, professional uniforms and appearance to meet quality standards.
• Follow sanitation procedures in public areas and back of house as required by health regulations.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and perform opening, running, and closing duties as assigned.
• Model company service basics and adhere to all policies, safety, and brand SOPs; report hazards promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
