Qualifications

• Desire to work in a daily, live broadcast environment.
• Ability to operate and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights and weekends.
• Passion for fitness, storytelling, and content innovation.
• Proficiency in German or Spanish is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary conduit between the Control Room and studio floor, supporting instructors and talent during class production.
• Maintain production logs and reporting for all recorded content.
• Oversee Green Room maintenance and hospitality; perform administrative tasks as needed.
