Evolution Americas operates a modern Philadelphia studio hosting live online casino games. You will present blackjack, roulette and baccarat on camera, engage online players, and ensure a smooth, entertaining game flow.

We provide paid dealer training through Evolution Academy, 15 days vacation, sick days, insurance options, 401(k) match, and growth opportunities in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older
Must pass required background checks
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Pennsylvania gaming license
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Comfortable speaking and appearing on camera
Willing to learn casino games and on-camera presentation skills

Responsibilities

Host live casino games on camera, including Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat
Deal cards, spin the wheel, and follow game procedures accurately
Speak to online players in a friendly and professional way
Follow on screen instructions and studio standards
Keep each game moving smoothly and engagingly
