Qualifications

Experience supporting live broadcasts and studio operations.
Knowledge of broadcast signal flow, routing, switching, and streaming technologies.
Experience with live production control rooms and multi-camera workflows.
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to stay calm under pressure during live events.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

As our Studio Broadcast Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical preparation, execution, and maintenance of live and recorded productions.
Before the Broadcast: Configure routing, video switchers, Stream Decks, and production systems for live events; build and test SuperSource layouts and production workflows; perform rehearsal broadcasts and QA prior to events.
During Live Productions: Operate Live-to-Air workflows and manage multiple remote participants; monitor streams for A/V quality; coordinate with production teams to manage Q&A and communication; ensure reliable transmission paths.
After Every Event: Generate attendance and engagement reports; organize production data for distribution; upload reports/assets to Microsoft Teams; assist with teardown and storage; prep spaces for next events.
Studio Operations & Equipment Management: Maintain schedules and SOPs; manage inventory and cable management; perform routine maintenance and updates on broadcast hardware and production systems; support conference rooms and special events; stay current with new broadcast tech.
