Job summary

Seven Mountains Media is seeking a Broadcast Engineer to maintain and install studio and transmitter equipment across our New York and Pennsylvania markets. You will ensure reliable broadcast operations, manage upgrades, and collaborate with production teams to meet technical needs.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years engineering experience. Leadership skills and a willingness to work across multiple markets will be valued, along with a proactive approach to safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years engineering experience.
• Broadcast IT/engineering experience is not required but a plus.
• Proven leadership and track record of driving success.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain broadcast systems and equipment.
• Monitor signal quality and ensure FCC compliance.
• Plan and execute system upgrades and integrations.
• Provide on-call technical support during live broadcasts or events.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment purchases and installations.
• Lead or participate in projects such as studio builds and site installations.
