Job summary
Gamers Choice is seeking a Live Stream Sales Lead to drive day-to-day performance of the Live Stream Sales team at our Long Island City facility. You will ensure strong stream coverage, coach in real time, and elevate the overall livestream program to meet sales targets.
You will oversee streamers during live shows, train staff, manage schedules, and deliver an engaging, on-brand experience across all streams while tracking performance metrics and providing timely updates to leadership.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in live operations management or similar fast-paced environments.
- Experience with leadership and employee performance management.
- Strong time-management and ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Oversee streamers during live shows and ensure run of show adherence.
- Train, coach, and manage Live Stream performance and coaching of staff.
- Ensure inventory readiness and coverage across shifts.
- Manage streaming floor – stations, breaks, daily workflows.
- Provide coaching feedback and escalation when needed.
- Monitor streams to meet pace, sales targets, and engagement goals.
- Track sales metrics and viewer engagement for improvements.
- Schedule management and shift coverage for all streams.
