Gamers Choice in Long Island City, NY is seeking a Night Shift Live Stream Sales Supervisor to lead the live stream sales team, ensure strong coverage, and drive consistent sales results across all shows. You will coach performers in real time, monitor pacing and engagement, manage schedules and breaks, and ensure inventory is ready.

This role builds a high‑energy, on‑brand shopping experience for our online and in‑store communities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in live operations management or similar fast-paced environments.
• Proven leadership and performance coaching abilities.
• Strong time-management and multi-stream handling skills.
• Ability to schedule staff and manage coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee streamers during live shows, ensuring proper run of show and on-brand experience.
• Train, coach, and manage Live Stream performance to meet targets.
• Ensure streamers have inventory and backup products ready.
• Manage streaming floor: assign stations, coordinate breaks, maintain workflows.
• Train new streamers on callouts, pacing, viewer interaction, and product handling.
• Provide management with updates on performance and issues.
• Ensure streams meet performance goals through coaching and support.
• Track sales metrics and viewer engagement for improvements.
• Manage Live Stream team schedules and coverage for all shifts.
