Job summary

FOX Sports in Chicago is seeking a Coordinator to support student-produced live sports events for the B1G+ platform. You will oversee the operations center, train quality control staff, schedule shifts, and create manuals to align with Big Ten Network standards.

Travel to campuses for hands-on training and cross-department collaboration are required. The role requires at least 1 year of live production oversight and strong communication skills, with pay disclosed hourly.

Qualifications

1+ years overseeing live sports productions.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily function of the B1G+ Operations Center with freelance staff.
Develop and conduct regular training for quality control operators.
Assist in scheduling QC shifts for games to ensure full coverage.
Create training manuals to meet StudentU production standards.
Troubleshoot issues remotely during live broadcasts with university staff.
Collaborate with programming, streaming and social media teams for game coverage.
Travel to campuses to provide hands-on training and support.
