Job summary

JBS Live Pork seeks a Live Pork Sow Farm Manager in Morrilton, AR to oversee daily sow farm operations and a 23–26 person team. Responsibilities include welfare, feed and water management, scheduling, and cost control.

The role provides leadership to optimize production and ensure biosecurity and OSHA-aligned safety practices. The candidate must demonstrate 5 years sow production experience and 2 years of management, with fluent English.

Qualifications

• 5 years sow production experience required.
• 2 years management experience required.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to lead a team and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily and weekly work schedules for the sow farm.
• Ensure daily welfare of animals including water and feed.
• Train and develop farm employees into a cohesive team.
• Maintain SOP compliance and safety training for staff.
• Assist in controlling feed, supplies and labor costs.
