• Strong writing and headline creativity under tight deadlines.
• Excellent organization to manage fast-paced live production and digital output.

Responsibilities

• Live broadcast execution and audio board operations for the flagship show.
• Research topics, prep guests, and coordinate daily with host.
• Create 90-second hourly briefs summarizing key highlights.
• Identify standout moments for digital packaging.
• Produce audio clips, video shorts, and digital recaps for multi-platform delivery.
• Publish posts with article + audio + video to station sites and socials.
• Develop sharp headlines and fresh angles for recurring topics.
