Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Run the board, play appropriate music, features, billboards, commercials during live or recorded programs.
• Operate and troubleshoot switcher and radio equipment.
• Ensure technical perfection and flawless execution of control board and equipment.
• Observe monitors and manage audio levels.
• Follow program log and monitor system status for on-schedule operation.
• Speak on-air when required to report news or emergencies.
• Record, edit or playback sounds as requested.
• Answer phone calls and screen calls.
• Comply with FCC rules and regulations.
