Qualificações

• Previous customer service, retail, cash-handling, hospitality, or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Friendly and outgoing personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interact with a high volume of guests.
• Must be available to work live racing days, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Sell official racing programs to guests.
• Maintain adequate program supply at sales locations.
• Accurately collect payment and provide correct change.
• Maintain cash-handling procedures and reconcile at end of shift.
• Keep sales areas clean, organized, and stocked.
• Communicate program contents and race information to guests.
