We represent some of the world’s most influential artists and continue to expand our creative and cultural impact across the Americas. At HYBE, we believe in the power of music and foster a culture built on Passion, Autonomy, and Trust.

Position Overview

The Creative Department at HYBE Americas is responsible for bringing our artists’ creative visions to life across live performances, tours, and global promotional moments. Within this group, the Live Production team plays a critical role in translating bold creative concepts into technically sound, world-class live experiences that connect artists with fans around the world.

We’re seeking a Live Production Project Manager who will partner closely with internal creative stakeholders to execute high-impact live productions that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and innovation. This role sits at the intersection of creative vision and operational execution, requiring both strong production leadership and hands‑on expertise in live environments.

You will oversee the entire lifecycle of live production, from initial conception to final execution. As a key player on the team, you will direct and supervise the fabrication process, manage on‑site operations, and ensure the successful delivery of live performances internationally.

This is a full‑time, hybrid role based in our Santa Monica office, with in‑person collaboration 3 days per week and remote work 2 days per week. This role will also require frequent domestic and international travel.

Candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to the greater Los Angeles area at their own expense prior to their start date — we are not offering relocation assistance for this role, though it may be considered on a case‑by‑case basis for select candidates.

  • Field Operations: Handle on‑site administrative tasks and operational issues during events.
  • Cross‑functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal departments (A&R, Visual Creative, Performance, Brand Experience, Management) to align creative production goals.
