Job summary

ARB Interactive is seeking a Director of Live Operations to own the vision and execution of our live ops strategy. You will set event cadence, engagement mechanics, and monetization, while leading a high-performing team and partnering with Product, Marketing, and Engineering to drive retention and monetization across the platform.

You will report to the VP of Retention and guide KPIs for engagement, retention, and event-driven revenue, balancing player experience with long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in live operations with leadership experience.
• Proven live ops roadmap experience in gaming/mobile gaming.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong analytical rigor with KPI ownership.
• Experience partnering with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams.

Responsibilities

• Define the live ops strategic roadmap including event cadence, engagement mechanics, and monetization approach.
• Lead and develop the live ops team (Leads/Managers) and scale processes.
• Ensure flawless execution of events calendar and promotions.
• Drive revenue through promotions and player engagement initiatives.
• Represent live ops in cross-functional planning with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and VIP.
