Job summary

SciPlay Corporation is seeking a Director of Monetization in Austin, TX to own the Live Ops lifecycle from conception to execution. You will drive monetization strategy across in-game activities, events, and communications, collaborating with multiple teams to maximize engagement and revenue.

You will apply data-driven insights, lead A/B testing, and continuously innovate game activities to elevate player experience and financial performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on a game team, preferably mobile/social titles.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and oral English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end monetization lifecycle across Live Ops activities.
• Plan, design and optimize in-game events, promotions and communications.
• Collaborate with design, development, QA and production to align monetization with product roadmap.
• Drive KPI improvements through segment differentiation and targeted campaigns.
