Job summary

SciPlay is seeking a Director of Monetization to own Live Ops end-to-end for mobile games. You will plan, design, test, and operate monetization initiatives, guiding the game team from concept to roadmaps and analytics.

You will drive long-term monetization strategy, coordinate with art, design, development, QA and production, and push for continuous innovation in daily activity and communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience on a game team.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Interest in mobile gaming and live operations.

Responsibilities

• Drive live-ops planning, design, development and operation.
• Lead long-term monetization and calendar strategies.
• Coordinate cross-team communication (art, design, QA, production).
• Develop in-game activity layers and KPI uplifts.
• Balance player segments with personalized messaging channels.
• Innovate day-to-day activities and new features.
