Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Production Manager- Live Operations in Salisbury, MD to lead live production across Feed, Hatchery and Grow-Out. You will drive continuous improvement, partner with cross-functional teams and ensure welfare and compliance while optimizing costs.

The role requires 8-10 years in poultry production leadership, a related bachelor’s degree, and willingness to travel as needed. A personal company vehicle is provided, with benefits and bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 8-10 years of progressive poultry production leadership experience.
• Experience leading multiple teams, locations, and contract growers.
• Strong knowledge of poultry production systems, animal health, nutrition and welfare.

Responsibilities

• Lead live production across Feed, Hatchery and Grow-Out to meet production, quality, welfare and financial goals.
• Develop operational strategies, set performance expectations and establish accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement focusing on efficiency, productivity and cost reduction.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure biosecurity, regulatory compliance and welfare.
• Oversee live supply planning, monitor metrics and improve feed conversion, hatchability and yields.
