Property Management Associates, a full-service property management firm near Los Angeles, seeks a full-time Property Manager in Bellflower, CA. The role requires hands-on supervision of staff and vendors and live-on-site arrangements.

Expertise in Yardi Voyager and MS Office, strong communication, and leasing ability are essential. You must be able to manage daily operations, coordinate maintenance, and drive occupancy in a diverse residential portfolio.

Competenze

• Knowledge of property accounting is required (Yardi).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff and vendors.
• Must live on-site and have a valid driver's license.

Property Management Associates is growing and has future anticipated openings for a full-time Property Manager in Bellflower, CA.

Job Requirements Include:

• A minimum of 3 plus years of conventional multifamily property management experience.
• Proficiency with Yardi Voyager is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to effectively supervise team members and vendors.
• Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Perform daily/weekly comprehensive property walk-throughs, paying particular attention to items on the preventative maintenance list
• Proven ability to market and lease apartments.
• Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• Must be able to live on-site.

Job Requirements:
